We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

1 In-App Deletion (Recommended)
  1. Open the Zuco app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision

Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 7 days.

2 Email Request (Alternative)

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

What Data Gets Deleted?

Data Type Action Timeline
Profile information (name, phone) Deleted Within 7 days
Pet profiles and photos Deleted Within 7 days
Host profile and home photos Deleted Within 7 days
Chat messages Deleted Within 7 days
Reviews you've written Anonymized Within 7 days
Booking history Retained 90 days For dispute resolution
Transaction records Retained 7 years Legal requirement (tax/GST)
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active bookings will be cancelled. If you have pending payouts, please withdraw them before requesting deletion.
